| Beth originates from Shelburne , Vermont , USA . She earned a B rating from the US Pony Club and was a successful three-day eventer. On graduating from the University of Vermont , she started her world travels and eventually settled in South Africa twelve years ago. Beth already has a thriving equine therapy practise and is a member of the South African Ladies Polo Team. |

Leigh has vast experience as a lecturer of Equine Studies, is a Level 1 SANEF qualified riding and horsemastership instructor and has her International Teaching Passport. Leigh is responsible for structuring and teaching the various academic modules to ensure that the curriculum is both interactive and relevant to students' specific requirements. |

Darryl is an accomplished horseman and owns a large lumber processing and logistics company. His responsibilities within the academy encompass all aspects of estate management, safety awareness and overall planning and his input ensures a safe, well-managed and progressive working environment for students and staff alike. |
