Beth is a graduate from the University of Vermont – BSc.
As a young girl she was an active member of the United States Pony Club Society and competed in all equine disciplines, but was especially successful in 3-day eventing. Beth went on to be one of the top young event riders in the United States on her horse Dolomite Charlie.
Beth worked in various aspects of the horse industry all over the world, before settling down in South Africa and focusing on her family and polo career. Beth has subsequently represented South Africa as Springbok Ladies Captain for the last two years.
Beth was very fortunate to meet up with Winks Greene when she got to South Africa, and spent 5 years under her guidance learning to use the Transeva Machine. This has led Beth into a very busy and fulfilling career in equine therapy.
Beth’s career is primarily focused on treating racehorses and high end sports horses and she treats over 200 horses a month.
Beth is privileged to work on some of the top racehorses in the country, and her success has been fantastic, with a string of graded winners behind her name.
Her therapy work can be found to be part of the success of many South African Champions in all equine disciplines. Beth has helped many young riders win SA Champs eventing, Supreme Showing Champ and Natal Junior Champs to name a few.
At The Natal Equine Rehab Centre, Beth has a constant flow of equine patients from all disciplines as well as many human patients, dogs, cows and even the occasional wild animal.
BSET Academy (based at the Natal Equine Rehab Centre) allows Beth to pass on all the knowledge she has gained from Winks Greene, as well as her own invaluable knowledge and experience in the field. |
